Appointment Procedures

To insure the safety of our patients and staff, we have implemented changes to our check-in procedure.

Please arrive wearing a mask and wear it at all times while in our office.

On the morning of your appointment, take your temperature and if it is greater than 99.9 degrees or if you have any symptoms of illness, we ask that you call and reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and all patients.

Come to your appointment alone. The only exceptions will be for an adult accompanying a minor or a person in need of mobility assistance.

Bring your prescriptions for all ordered exams

We appreciate your cooperation. Working together, we both can be assured that your appointment will go smoothly and safely.
