Dr. Gail Calamari’s Medical Training

She graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University College of Arts and Science with distinction in all subjects. She obtained her medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society. She received the award for Academic Achievement in medical school. Dr. Calamari completed an internal medicine internship at Greenwich Hospital and then completed residency training in diagnostic radiology at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. After completing a fellowship in neuroradiology at North Shore Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center, she was elected as senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology.

 

Dr. Gail Calamari’s Medical Experience

Dr. Gail Calamari joined Rye Radiology in 1993. Dr. Calamari is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medical Center and has a clinical appointment as an Assistant Attending Radiologist at New York Presbyterian Hospital.

The Guide to America’s Top Doctors named Dr. Calamari one of “America’s Top Radiologists.”  Castle Connolly has identified Dr. Calamari as a “Top Doctor” in the New York Metro Area and she has also annually been named  one of the “Top Doctors” in Westchester Magazine publications.

Dr. Calamari became board certified by the American Board of Radiology in June 1991. She holds memberships with the American Roentgen Ray Society, Society of Breast Imaging, Metropolitan Breast Group, American College of Radiology, American Medical Association and Radiological Society of North America.

Sejal Amin, MD

Specialty in Women’s Imaging and interventional breast procedures, as well as body imaging. Also special interest in CT. MRI, and general radiology.

Dr. Sejal Amin  is fellowship trained in Women’s Imaging and specializes in breast imaging and interventional breast procedures, as well as body imaging.

 

Dr. Sejal Amin’s Medical Training

Dr. Amin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She was awarded a research fellowship at the National Cancer Institute at NIH and has been published in the Proceedings of National Academy of Sciences and Journal of Biological Chemistry. Dr. Amin obtained her medical degree from University of Massachusetts Medical School. She completed her residency training in diagnostic radiology at Georgetown University Hospital, followed by a fellowship in women’s imaging with emphasis on breast imaging and breast interventions, inclusive of breast MRIs and MRI-guided procedures.

 

Dr. Sejal Amin’s Medical Experience

Dr. Amin was board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2011. She is a member of the American Roentgen Ray Society, the Society of Breast Imaging, and The New York Metropolitan Breast Cancer Group. She has been published in Abdominal Imaging and has been a clinical investigator in breast cancer imaging trials. She has also participated in medical student education during residency and fellowship and during her private practice.

Dr. Sejal Amin joined Rye Radiology in 2015. Prior to joining Rye Radiology, Dr. Amin was at a private practice in Northern Virginia.
