Dr. Staeger-Hirsch’s Medical Training
Dr. Christine Staeger-Hirsch graduated Magna Cum Laude from Binghamton University. Dr. Staeger-Hirsch was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, Phi Sigma Iota International Foreign Language Honor Society and the Golden Key National Honor Society. She graduated from NYU School of Medicine, where she received NYU School of Medicine Scholarships, Swiss Benevolent Society Scholarships and the Sonia Streuli Outstanding Scholarship Grant. Dr. Staeger-Hirsch also participated in the Honors Program in Research.
Dr. Christine Staeger-Hirsch completed an internship at New York Hospital at Queens and completed diagnostic radiology residency training at St. Luke’s – Roosevelt Hospital Center. She completed a fellowship in Women’s Imaging at New York University Medical Center, where Dr. Staeger-Hirsch received intensive training in all aspects of breast imaging, including breast MRI as well as additional training in body imaging.

Dr. Christine Staeger-Hirsch joined Rye Radiology Associates, LLP in 2007.
She became board certified by the American Board of Radiology in June 2006. She holds memberships with the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society and the New York Roentgen Ray Society. Dr. Staeger-Hirsch has presented at the American Roentgen Ray Society annual meeting and has been published in the American Journal of Radiology. She has been named by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., as one of the New York Metro Area’s “Top Doctors” consecutively from 2012 to 2018. She has also been named one of the “Best Doctors” in Westchester Magazine’s 2015, 2016 and 2017 publications.
