Christine Staeger-Hirsch, MD

Dr. Christine Staeger-Hirsch joined Rye Radiology Associates, LLP in 2007. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Binghamton University. Dr. Staeger-Hirsch was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, Phi Sigma Iota International Foreign Language Honor Society, and the Golden Key National Honor Society. She graduated from NYU School of Medicine, where she received NYU School of Medicine Scholarships, Swiss Benevolent Society Scholarships and the Sonia Streuli Outstanding Scholarship Grant. Dr. Christine Staeger-Hirsch also participated in the Honors Program in Research.

Dr. Christine Staeger-Hirsch completed internship at New York Hospital at Queens and completed diagnostic radiology residency training at St. Luke’s – Roosevelt Hospital Center. She completed a fellowship in Women’s Imaging at New York University Medical Center, where Dr. Christine Staeger-Hirsch received intensive training in all aspects of breast imaging, including breast MRI as well as additional training in body imaging.

Dr. Christine Staeger-Hirsch became board certified by the American Board of Radiology in June 2006. She holds memberships with the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society and the New York Roentgen Ray Society. Dr. Christine Staeger-Hirsch has presented at the American Roentgen Ray Society annual meeting and has been published in the American Journal of Radiology.
